Produttori del Barbaresco Barbaresco Pajé 1967 Cavalieri bottling
This is a special bottling of the 1967 Produttori Pajé with the label of the
Ordine dei Cavalieri del Tartufo e dei Vini d'Alba.
Note that the spelling of the vineyard on the label is Paijé
and not the more typical Pajé.
My understanding is that Paijé
is the spelling in Piedmontese dialect,
but it is pronounced the same as the Italian Pajé
.
