• This wine is 93% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah, and 2% co-fermented Viognier.
• Fermented with 36% whole clusters in 78% new French oak for 40 months.
• Three bottles of 2012 Touché Syrah came wrapped in ?? tissue paper, boxed with three bottles of 2012 Rattrapante Grenache.
• Shipped November 2016.
