2015 White Blend from Eleven Confessions, Cumulus, and Bien Nacido Vyds
- 44% Chardonnay, 40% Roussanne, 8% Petite Manseng and 8% Viognier.
- 44% from Bien Nacido Vineyard, 30% from the Cumulus (Estate) Vineyard and 26% from the Eleven Confessions (Estate) Vineyard.
- Matured for around 19 months in 19% concrete eggs, 20% stainless steel, 20% used barrels and 41% new French oak.
- Bottled April 12, 2017.
- 811 cases made.

- The name
Entre Chien et Loup
is French for Between Dog and Wolf
.
According to Manfred, It's a reference to those ambiguous hours we call dawn or dusk or twilight.
He named this wine this because it is the ultimate seducer.

Magnum
To my knowledge, Entre Chien et Loup was not bottled in Magnums or Double Magnums.
