- is 100% Pinot Noir (Dijon clones 115 and 777) from the Arita Hills Vineyard in the Santa Rita Hills.
- The Arita Hills Vineyard is located in the southeast corner of the Santa Rita Hills AVA,
west-southwest of the town of Buellton, right below SQN's Eleven Confessions Estate Vineyard.
- was 100% destemmed and fermented in open top tanks with manual punchdowns.
- was aged in French oak, 60% new.
- was bottled into ??? cases of 750ml bottles.
- has a black wax capsule and I think it was shipped in black tissue paper.
- is the last of ten Pinot Noir wines made by SQN, 1996—2005
and the second SQN Pinot Noir from California grapes.
- The name
Over & Out
is a reference to the fact that this is the last Pinot Noir made by SQN.
